I recently took and passed the FCC exams for the Technician and General licenses.  I am new to amateur radio and plan to sit for the Amateur Extra license in May or June.

I’ve joined a local amateur radio club and will likely get involved with both NOAA’s SkyWarn program and a local emergency response program.

I’ll post more here about these as time goes on.
